Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2026-10-26
This policy explains what personal data EMS Accounting Services (emsaccountingservices.tubetotable.com) — "the Site", "we", "us" — collects, why, and what your rights are. We keep it short on purpose; if anything is unclear, write to us at [your contact e-mail].
1. Who is responsible for your data
The operator of EMS Accounting Services is the data controller. Contact: [your contact e-mail].
The Site is built and hosted on TubeToTable, a website platform that processes data on our behalf and on our instructions (a data processor). TubeToTable runs on Google Cloud infrastructure.
2. What we collect and why
- Newsletter subscription. When you subscribe we store your e-mail address, the date and time you subscribed and, if you were signed in to the platform at the time, your account identifier. We use this only to send you the newsletter you asked for and to manage your subscription. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing.
- Messages you send us. If you contact us we keep your message and contact details for as long as needed to answer you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to you.
- Technical data. Like every website, the Site's hosting records technical information about each visit — such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you open and the time of the request — in server logs used to keep the Site secure and working. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure service.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
3. Cookies
The Site uses only strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie for people who sign in to edit the Site, and a small preference cookie that remembers whether an editor is in editing mode. These cookies are not used to track visitors. We do not use advertising cookies. Videos embedded from YouTube may set their own cookies when you play them; those are governed by Google's privacy policy. If we ever add analytics or other cookies, we will update this page first.
4. Who else sees your data
Your data is stored by TubeToTable and its hosting provider, Google Cloud, which act as our processors under written contracts. Their servers may be located outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom; such transfers are protected by the European Commission's and UK's standard contractual clauses that Google Cloud offers. We may also disclose data where the law requires it. Nobody else receives your data.
5. How long we keep it
- Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, after which it is removed from the subscriber list.
- Messages: for as long as needed to deal with your request, and then for a reasonable period in case of follow-up questions.
- Technical logs: for a limited period needed for security and troubleshooting.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR and the UK GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased ("right to be forgotten");
- restrict or object to how we use your data;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time — for the newsletter, simply unsubscribe or write to us; this does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal;
- complain to your data protection authority — in the United Kingdom the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), in Poland the Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO), or the authority of the country where you live.
To exercise any of these rights, write to [your contact e-mail]. We will answer within one month.
7. Children
The Site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has subscribed to the newsletter, contact us and we will remove the address.
8. Security
The Site is served over HTTPS and your data is stored in access-controlled cloud systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we and our processors take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, is always published on this page.
